*** 04/19/24:  USPS tracking details may not be showing up after orders have been sent out.  Your order status may show "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item" for an extended period of time.  Please note that USPS is NOT scanning packages as "Received" when they are picked up form our facility for unknown reasons.  All orders are still moving through distribution centers and are being delivered, but tracking status are not updating.  Feel free to continue to contact us about your shipping issues, but please know that if this is the case with your order, it is out of our control.  We have reached out to USPS regarding this issue and have not received any assistance. ***
