*** 5/1/23:  Please note that shipping and fulfilment times are significantly higher than usual currently.  Fulfilment times can be as high as 10 business days at this time.  You may receive an email saying "your order has shipped" before your order actually ships.  These emails are automated, so with current delays, they are being sent out before the item is dropped off at USPS or UPS.  They are not triggered by an initial scan at the mail processing facility. 
If you are having issues with the delivery of your order after it has left our facility, please contact USPS directly!  We are not able to do anything about shipping issues after it has been sent out. ***
