Shipping and Handling Time
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we ask that you allow 3-10 business days for your product to be made and an additional 1 day for handling time (with the "Standard" shipping option). Expedited shipping options will have reduced product creation and handling time based on the selected tier. Once a shipping label has been created, orders are no longer eligible for cancelation and will require a valid return request in order to receive a refund. You may have received an automated "your order has shipped" email earlier than the actual ship date. Rest assured, if you have received that email, we have your order, and it is being fulfilled. This email is If your shipping status is still "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item" after 10 BUSINESS DAYS (say it with me, BUSINESS DAYS) then please reach out to us using the contact form found here and we will be more than happy to help.
Shipping Issues
Once the order has been fulfilled and left our facility, we are unable to modify the order or any shipping details. If there are any issues with the shipping service, such as failed delivery attempts, misdelivered mail, mail theft, or mail stuck in transit, we ask that you contact the service provider to resolve the issue, as we have no control over the delivery of the item after it has left our facility. We are not responsible for paying import duties, fees, or taxes for international orders. Any duties or fees required for international shipments that are due at the time of receiving the order are to be paid by the receiver.
Feel free to reach out to us to let us know of the issue, but again, once the package is in the possession of USPS or UPS, we have no control over the delivery or transit. Most of our items are shipped via USPS. If you have any issues with the shipping service, such as a missing/lost package, please go here to find missing mail and/or file a claim (bottom of page).
If you received your package and an item appears to be missing, please contact us using the contact form found here so we can look into the issue. Please note that you will be required to send pictures of the package you received, the items inside, packing material, shipping slip inside the package at a minimum. you may also be required to required to provide a claim number from the shipping service provider for missing mail or another type of issue claim, and a police report for package theft. Missing item claims can take up to 30 business days to process after receiving all the required information is provided to us so we can complete our investigation as well.
